I got a ticket in Flagstaff, Arizona (Coconino County) in late February. I got charged with the offense even though find a Flagstaff DUI attorney it was not my marijuana, and I was not smoking. I was just in a dorm that had weed in it; we all stayed silent so we all got best Flagstaff drunk driving lawyer arrested and charged with "Possession/Use DUI lawyer of Marijuana". My court date was this morning. I had planned on pleading not guilty but when I went to check in with the clerk, and she said that the ticket had not been turned in by the police officer. She also said that if the officer waits "too long" that the charges can be dismissed. How long is "too long" in this situation? Isn't this protected under the sixth amendment right to a speedy trial?
